1. One-off services (e.g. technical audits)
- Cancelled before work begins: full refund;
- Once delivered, audit reports are instantly reproducible content, so refunds are generally not available after delivery;
- If the report materially fails to match the agreed scope, we'll discuss a partial refund.
2. Monthly services
- Monthly services bill month-to-month. If the current month's work has already begun, mid-month cancellation does not refund that month;
- For a paid but not-yet-started cycle, you may request a full refund of that cycle;
- In exceptional cases (such as a significant service defect), we'll work it out together.
3. Non-refundable situations
- Where the service could not proceed due to false information from the client or failure to fulfil their cooperation obligations;
- Ranking fluctuations caused by search engine algorithm updates and other uncontrollable factors;
- Customised, non-reusable deliverables.
4. Refund process
- Email hello@pokervqqseo.com with your reason and order details;
- We verify and respond within 3 business days;
- Once approved, funds are returned to the original payment method within 7–15 business days.
